IDENTITY
In our identity courses, you will learn about your own identity and how it influences your perspective and actions. You will also receive the tools and direction to create your own, spirit led identity statement that will serve as the foundation of being a reformer.
LEADERSHIP
In our leadership courses, we delve into the six stages of leadership and how their impact is not externally but what God is doing in you, not through you. God wants you to minister not in what you do but who you are. Whether you're a seasoned leader or just starting out on your leadership journey, our lessons on reformational leadership can help you develop the skills and characteristics you need to make a lasting impact on your organization, your community, and the world.
The Reformer’s way
Finally, in our revival and reformation courses, you will learn how to identify social problems and develop strategies to address them. You will learn about the history and current state of different social issues, and how to hear and discern the voice of God to create effective campaigns and initiatives that can lead to real change.

HOW DOES ROAR OPERATE?
At our Academy, you will learn from experienced instructors who are passionate about creating positive change in the world. You will also have the opportunity to connect with a community of like-minded individuals who share your values and goals.
Hours of Video Teaching:
Our program includes hours of engaging video teaching that covers a wide range of topics related to identity, leadership, and social reform. You can watch the videos at your own pace, on your own schedule, from anywhere in the world
Monthly Small Group Sessions:
In addition to the video teaching, you will also participate in monthly small group sessions with your cohort. These sessions are led by experienced reformers and provide a space for you to discuss the material, ask questions, and connect with your fellow students.
Monthly Cohorts:
When you join our Academy, you will be placed in a cohort of like-minded individuals who are on the same journey as you. You will have the opportunity to connect with and learn from others who share your passion for creating positive change in the world.
